Tier 1: first response, case creation as well as preliminary checks.
Tier 2: device setup, server and user support, including security issues.
Tier 3: escalations, and the most complex issues. As well as advanced user and server support, router and network issues.
Remote Access: Remote access is the ability to get access to a computer or a network from a remote distance. If you have any issues with your computer, we can remote onto it and solve most problems.
